Merck & Co., Inc (MRK), the drug company reported second quarter sales rose 92% to $11.35 billion from $5.9 billion a year ago. Net income for the quarter fell 52% to $752.4 million or 24 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $1.56 billion or 74 cents per share a year ago.
